We hope everyone is handling this new level well, we also hope for a quick and safe return to normal.

Moving into Level 2+ and our events will be held observing all the protocols. We hope you are getting out for regular exercise, remembering the rules: keep physical distancing, wear a mask when close to others, sanitise your hands appropriately, don't put yourself or others at risk by your actions, be courteous and give plenty of space to other folks out and about.

If you're running out of inspiration or ideas about where to exercise locally, have a look at what we did in the 2020 Lockdown and repeat your runs and compare your times HERE
