Start & finish by the pool. Loop of Maple Crescent, via alleyway, then underpass and up stream, left into Kareti, cross pedestrian crossing, up Champion Rd, left into Daelyn, over bridge, left down new concrete path and pavement to Main Rd Stoke, back to pedestrian crossing, Kareti and stream to Finish by the pool.
